Dumbell Full Body Workout

this is a vid that ive made for my media class it still needs sound and the bullet time alittle shabby so i think i might redo it and i know it not...

i used evenly spaced lines and a track to make the object move more smoothly (any tips let me know)!!

this one was done in about an hour and was mad using difernt models( once agian anny tips please let me know
