Many knee injuries are caused by bad quality, cheap boots with bad studs. When the player twists on his knee the studs get trapped, and so the knee pops. Get GOOD BOOTS FROM A GOOD BRAND! Always use ROUND STUDS that twist in the dirt, not any other shape.

Wear good boots, from a top brand. Poor quality boots with crap studs causes many knee injuries where the player has twisted but the boot gets stuck.
