All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. -Edmund Burke
I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue. -Barry Goldwater
Speak softly and carry a big stick, and you will go far. -Teddy Roosevelt
Patriotism is as much a virtue as justice, and is as necessary for the support of societies as natural affection is for the support of families. -Benjamin Rush
A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague. -Cicero
Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms (of government) those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. -Thomas Jefferson
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is. -Albert Camus
Every attempt to make war easy and safe will result in humiliation and disaster -William Sherman
The mark of the superior thinker is his or her ability to accurately predict the consequences of doing or not doing something. -Brian Tracey
Think like a man of action, act like a man of thought.
-Henri Bergson

How are you this stupid? Why hasn't natural selection bred you out yet?
You notice ron paul supporters never attack MoveOn.Org?? WHY?? Cuz they subscribe to them.
Had America come out of its shell, joined the League of Nations, and intervened in the issue of war reparations and helped to rebuild Germany, as it did after World War II, perhaps that war could have been avoided.
None of the candidates are for violence and death in the world. All of them are for peace, but isolationism doesn't get you peace. Ron Paul makes some fine arguments regarding military overreach. We're overextended militarily worldwide, and some of our intervention has produced backlash that was worse than the strategic benefit. But completely withdrawing from the world militarily would only repeat the disastrous strategy that lead to WW2.
Miss information is not what we need right now.
Ron Paul would not weaken the military, just stop telling people what to do in other countries at gunpoint.
Every other canidate would lead to more death and violence in the world.
We need peace. We love America. We are far to intellegent to continue doing this.
He is the only real person and he cares about you.
