Re: It was when Bernard Hopkins was training in Big Bear for Jermaine Taylor (rematch?). I think Nazim's mitt work is very realistic, I just wish that I could seen more of it. I heard that it would take on a sparring like feel, even incorporating clinching. I love how they don't just stand in one place, and that Nazim acts more like an opponent. Nazim's a good trainer to have.

Back in the 90's, Roger did a segment for Ringside's Mastering the Mitts.
