The late 80's through the 90's had some impressive left hook artists in the HW division for sure.

Tyson, Ruddock, Morrison, and Tua.

Any one of them could make the lights go out in a blink with their left hand.

@gammooo Last time I checked rack pulls are an accessory lift for those who are looking to add strength to their lockouts.

@COOPZILON You can't change momentum that way otherwise everyone would do it.

It's just his preferred way to lift.

It's a timing mechanism I suppose. It would not work for Bolton, and setting up would not work as well for Benny. Everyone gets used to their own groove.

Sure these are great athletes.

Weightlifting form is sub par though. Squats are high, and powercleans are standard "football cleans".

Not picture perfect like Olympic weightlifters do.

Yeah they are football players, and not weightlifters, but maybe it's just difficult to teach good form to a lar...

He looks to be doing squats as shown in the Starting strength book.

Maybe not text book, but ok.

Low bar squats are usually taught with forward lean btw.

His form is not perfect, but he's using maximal weights, and form tends to break down a little.

I'm guessing your a high bar squ...

Power lifters take the big breath, as do Olympic lifters.

Why do PT's insist on drawing in when competitive lifters have already demonstrated the most effective way.
