I read your comments about being a Turk with a Greek friend. It was very refreshing. There are extreme nationalists in both our homelands (always looking to fight to show what big men they are) but I think its important we ignore them and constantly work to create bridges between our two peoples. Hi! Thnx for your considerate words in our national anthem. I can´t say I don´t understand people´s anger and hatred for what happened in the past, I have found myself shaking in anger, sometimes being in tears reading or listening about some brutal historical events, but I agree with what you write. More hatred just brings more death, war and blood. And this shouldn´t happen again. So I agree with you that we should try and help each other from now on. Forgetting isn´t possible from both sides, but it´s this knowledge that can make us all try to cooperate and keep peace for the sake of human lives.
