I don't think beginners need 'interesting content', as Steve Kaufmann (over)-advertises, they need a fast easy encouraging method.
If you spend 2 hours on same content ... unless aphorisms/philosophy/poetry ... maybe ... it cannot be SO interesting? Do you memorise each text ???
