About this user

I own and operate a martial arts schools in Nashua, New Hampshire. Taoist Arts Center / The Academy of Health & Martial Arts. I have been training for 30 years and teaching for 25. I study and teach Chinese Kung Fu, Kenpo Karate, Tai Chi Chuan, Bagua Zhang, Chi Kung, Hsing Yi Chuan, Taoist Yoga, Taoist and Buddhist Philosophy. My hope is that people learn and use the martial arts to improve their lives through becoming healthier mentally, physically and spiritually.
