About this user

The first thing you need to know about me is: I am a huge Mass Effect fan.
My obsession started when I had the flu during my mid-February birthday last year. I had been throwing up all week, along with being congested. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. My daily schedule consisted of reading Gamestop.com for news, sleeping, and watching Lost re-runs.
I came across an article about Mass Effect 2 - it said the game was worthy of game of the year even though it was very early in 2010. I was curious.
After a trip to gamestop and back, i had Mass Effect 2 in my possession. Needless to say, It was love at first sight.
I played through the game several times before buying the first game and playing that too!
I bought and read all the novels, two game guides, apparel and action figures. You name it, I bought it!
I downloaded all the DLC and beat it with my game a few times over as well.
Sounds nerdy? Yeah - I think so too.
My obsession was fed this year when Mass Effect 2 released on the PS3 - and so, I bought a PS3 as well!
In a nutshell, I am addicted to Mass Effect and can't wait longer than anybody else for more info on Mass Effect 3.
That's why I created this channel. To supply fellow gamers - newbies or expierenced players - some knowledge on the great universe of Mass Effect.

My Shepard build:
*MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*

Alot of people have been PMing me and asking that I post a video about my Commander Shepard build - I try not to strafe from the updates and get into personal BS. If you are interested in my personal life; you can watch my LPs and Machinima on my other channel.
Anyways, I decided I'd put my build right here.
Male Shepard:
I always use the default male or CShep25's shepard (PM me for details.)
I usually make a paragon Shepard with a few renegade desisions mixed in here and there. My desisions are my own; and after 38 playthroughs of the epic game, I have perfected my playthrough to my liking. (Again, PM me for details on desisions.)
For instance, my Shepard is probably 95% paragon with 5% renegade. His backgrounds are colonist and war hero. I think this is awesome because he came from such a horrid life and came through with flying colors. But there is something about my Shepard: HE HATES BATARIANS!
This took me a while to acknowledge - but as I was looking over my build one day I realized that Batarians really screwed his life up. They killed his parents, murdered his people - and have been the main enemy for Shepard in both games (besides the Reapers of course!)
In Mass Effect 1, my Shepard romances Ashley. I just don't like cross-species sex...call me weird.
I play a soldier in Mass Effect 1 - my favorite ME1 class due to sheer diversity in kicking ass.
At the end of Mass Effect 1; I always save the council. I think they are, while annoying as hell, a great entity that the story could not function without.
In Mass Effect 2,
I swtich to Adept - I like to think that Cerberus's surgery gave Shepard biotics...even though it could never happen, a guy can dream!
I play Mr. Paragon once again and blow up the Reaper base despite the Illusive Man's orders. I think he's a total asshole and was laughing histericly the first time my Shepard verbally PWNED him.
I romance Miranda. I like to think my Shepard takes The Illusive's Man greatest ASSet and turns it against him! ... but she's also beautiful and amazing.
I always make Jacob, Zaeed, and Kasumi die. Don't have Zaeed's loyalty and put him in charge of the second fireteam, send Jacob down the ventalation shaft, and make Kasumi and Miranda come with you with Thane as the biotic. I think deaths increase the epicness of a story. Afterall, I was a sucide mission.
In the future, I plan to make my own deisisions (rather paragon or renegade) and romance Miranda again =)

FEMALE:
My female build is very similar to my male build in the way of desisions (PM me or look at the begining of Male build for details.)
The only different thing is the face and romance options. I always use Caretaker's female Shepard (PM me for details.) And I romance Kaidan in Mass Effect 1, and I begina romance with Jacob in 2 - but switch to Garrus! (HAHA! Jacob's reaction is funny!)
Everything else...is the same as Male and I'm too lazy to write it all again!
