Alrighty then! I started to do some body conditioning after reading a guide about handstands and after about a week of training I realised I had more control in my handstands so I kept on training and began to do handstand presses. After I had a decent few I uploaded them here :o)
Anyone who has taken a liking to body conditioning or handbalancing, please feel free to ask for advice. I'll do my best to help in anyway I can :o)
