Solosis would only get worse with better speed and attack, as it it more suited as a slower trick room pokemon, and attack is pointless. Interesting idea though.

sadly your alittle off =( the one that holds the power weight passes THIER hp iv so it would negate the 31 hp you could have the male hold a power band or power belt to pass on its defenses but the female needs the everstone to pass the nature. so this is the part that takes the longest time since you need exact ivs and natures to achieve the higher tiers of flawlessness
