I love this song! I love it's lyrical question response development...so calm with sprinkles of harmonics, interplayed with pleasant melodies.

I began music study playing the violin in the Suzuki Method. I was taught by my Mom, JoMargaret Farris, beginning at the age of 4 and ended violin playing at the age of 11. I worked my way up to Book 5...I began playing guitar at the age of 10 and studied in the Guitar Institute in Glen Cove, NY. Although I never quite excelled at Jazz, the serious approach to the guitar at the Institute grounded me in a thorough understanding of the entire neck.
I enjoyed several years prior to college in Chorus and Music and wrote a few pieces in High School...nothing too serious (one beautiful piano piece that is alas lost).
I left guitar for a few years to pick it back up in college. I played in a small trio called "Pleasant Boundaries". There I learned that I had a gift with writing accompaniment and wrote several accompaniments for Chris Ledyard (Remnant, Legend Fish) and Doug Bailey, (owner of The Pop Shop).
We made some very rough demo tapes for Doug's early career. He went on to travel with Chris Ledyard in the Franciscan University for a year, he also sang in the choir with the legendary singer John Michael Talbot.
Of all of the time I've played music, there has been no better enjoyment than supporting better musicians and worship the Living G-D in Jesus Christ. All of the music I've ever written was at a minimum, Inspirational, and mostly wedding songs, and inspirational songs.
My favorite musicians are: Pat Matheny, Phil Keaggy, Tommy Emmanuel, Chet Adkins, Andre Segovia, John Williams, Al Dimeola, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani. Early influences were: Jerry Garcia, Jimmy Page, Paul McCartney, Pete Townshend...I grew up in the "Guitar Era"
I'm the first! \-) Lovely, my Lilia!
