About this user

My passion for music began at an early age. After grading from high school and attending my first semester at Georgia Southern University, I lost my mother to cancer. It was during this time that I began to write and record my thoughts and feelings to music.

In 2010, I participated in "Hollywood Week" on American Idol as a singer. After elimination in the top 100, I returned to Atlanta, Ga to continue my pursuit of success in the Hip-Hop/Rap genre. My first album was recorded and release in 2010 entitled, "Welcome to Mars". I began posting my music on this YouTube channel. You will find many of my original songs including, "Baby Boy" and "Welcome to Mars", here in my "MarsRaps Album + Other Originals" playlist.

Later in 2010 I began using my talents to produce for other artists as well. This is where the majority of my success has been thus far and production is currently where my heart is. My plans for the future include continuing to make "Music with Meaning" for myself and other artists, but I feel "Producer" will continue to be where I thrive the most.
