This Spitfire is a MkIX (MH434) which was owned by a New Zealander called Ray Hanna. He really did do this scene at a place called Winston, near Barnards Castle in the UK. It was for a 1988 TV series called 'A Piece of Cake'. Ray said they walked the route first, and had to remove a few branches...
