Prpud arab Ozd
I Lol'd. Jabal Amel is named after the Yemite tribe that settled there (Banu Amela). Also alot of Sayyeds from Banu Hashim, a clan of the Quraish tribe settled there. Please don't be biased because of politics. There's really no need for that. During the Safavid period, the Safavid shah invited Shiite scholars to Persia, after the Ottoman reign was over, these families returned. And some families went to Persia as late as during the early 20th century. It's kind of like the ongoing exodus of Christians in the Arab world. They're still Arabs.
