I think its ESU. Bomb Squad has an ambulance type vehicle, not a van. also I think that the detecive bureau has a marked van similar to that of the black ESU van.

I have one of these and it is truly a power ride. I love it though. It does weigh a ton and its a pain to carry without a case. I makes a great sound though.
