About this user

I have worked as a prosecuting attorney, often in a supervisory capacity, in the District Courts of Holyoke, Westfield, Chicopee, Palmer, Springfield and the juvenile court. As a Superior Court Prosecutor I have won convictions at trial on the most complex and serious of criminal cases including murder, violent assault, drug trafficking and weapons offenses. I have also successfully defended at trial these same types of cases.

Having worked through all stages of litigation on both sides of the courtroom within the state, federal and appellate systems, I have been provided an unparalleled opportunity to fully understand the dynamics of criminal prosecution in Hampden County. That perspective of seeing the complexities and nuances of our trial system, from both the prosecution and defense tables, will uniquely allow me to implement the law with the greatest effectiveness as your District Attorney.
