Cheerleading is one of the most physically demanding sports. I don't know what I would do without cheerleading. It relieves stress.
You know you love cheerleading when you walk through the hallways in school with arms by your side and while you walk down the street you can go through your entire routine with your arms.

i agree with you about how cheer is not just preppy little girly girls who sit around and do nothing. No we tumble stunt jump and dance in just a 2:30 routine, now that takes endurance!
