The Navy and the Marines are One Fighting Team. Join our Effort to re-designate the Department of the Navy as the Department of the Navy and Marine Corps. We need your support!

The Navy and Marine Corps have operated as one entity for more than two centuries. Congressman Walter Jones from North Carolina has introduced a bill, H.R. 24 that would create this name change. There are over 300 co-sponsors in the House of Representatives.

Kansas Senator Pat Roberts, a former Marine, has introduced a companion bill in the Senate - S.504. We need your help to get this legislation passed. Here is what you can do to help:

1. This is a grassroots effort. We are collecting names to show support for this bill. Go to our website to sign up for our email newsletter!

2. Contact your Congressperson or Senator.

3. Call in your local radio shows and submit newspaper articles to help us get the word out.

With your help - we can make this happen. We can make it happen for our men and women in Afghanistan and Iraq , their families, and the families who have given a loved one dying for freedom.
