I don't get why they beeped out the names of the people arrested. Isn't that public knowledge? Who beeped them out. Are there other videos of this call posted that did not beep out the names? Does YouTube alter the content, or did soundmigration beep them out?

The reason for the increased distance is because closer in, the levels are too hight to monitor! In fact, even at 1 km...
