BIOGRAPHY OF MARCELLO RUSSODIVITO
With the success of both restaurants, Marcello had time to visit his family and friends in Italy, participate in their wine festivals, and devote time to his passion for great food and its preparation. He joined other famous chefs in publishing tested recipes, shared his expertise in many cooking demonstrations requested by various corporations, and started an ongoing series of cooking classes at the Suffern restaurant. He decided to produce his own cookbook featuring some of his favorite recipes based on his many years of experience. In this way he would continue to share the great traditions of Italian cooking which have been part of his heritage from those early days in the Molise region of Italy, and in some of the finest restaurants in Europe and America.
