From the Head Ustasa Home (Glavni Ustaski Stan) the following law has been issued:
In light of points 4 and 13 of the Ustasa constitution, I remove all duties of all Ustasa staff sergeants, camp guards, camp officials and their assistant commanders on the entire area of the Independent State of Croatia. Therefore they must all abandon all and minor functions.Ustasa formations are to remain in their organized formations in a standby state until the renaming and reappointment of ranks, which are to take place in a very short period of time. All formations, which have formed as armed aid; so-called "Wild Ustase" are to immediately end all involvement. This law is not in effect for the regular Ustasa Army, which are formed in Ustasa battalions under regular Ustasa command; [this law] also not in regard to those formations which serve the State directory within State boundaries and within objects of State business, and government buildings -- nor in regard to those serving the Ustasa People's Service (UNS).
