That's what we get for having lousy judges and lousy, incompetent and inutile nbi monkeys! one's life gets wasted. i feel bad for hubert and his family. i am not taking sides but, the blunder is just too much to miss.

if he didn't testify during the case, dapat ikulong itong gagong ito. he would have been a 'game changer'. he would have helped in clarifying the perspective on the case. and hubert would not have spent 15 years in jail. seriously, if he didn't testify...he should be crucified!
