Dentre o naipe de maldade
Que arrasa a humanidade
Sem dó e sem piedade
A inveja é pioneira
Pois dissemina a mentira
A calúnia, o ódio, a ira
Junta a cobiça e revira
A destruir sem fronteira

O indivíduo invejoso
É calculista e maldoso
Insaciável, mentiroso
Seu desejo é destruir
Não quer o que o outro tem
Nem ser o outro também
Quer destruir este alguém
Quer ver o outro sumir

E para isto ele mente
Calunia inconseqüente
E o odeia ardentemente
Mesmo sendo o próprio irmão
Planeja silencioso
Fingido, inescrupuloso
E faz o ataque danoso
Visando a destruição

Atinge homem e mulher
Instala-se aonde quer
Mesmo que dê no que der
A inveja a tudo invade
Poder, bens materiais
Família, bens culturais
A fama e os seus cabedais
O amor e a felicidade


Mulher inveja a beleza,
Forma física, esbelteza,
Sucesso, título, nobreza,
Dinheiro, luxo e poder
Homem inveja inteligência
Sedução e competência
Dignidade e decência
Pois a tudo se quer ter

Quem inveja é infeliz
Esperneia e se maldiz
Perde toda a diretriz
E sua vida não tem cor
A desgraça é a companhia
Do infeliz sem alegria
Cujo viver é agonia
Solidão e amargor

A inveja é a maldade
Que destrói toda amizade
Com enorme ferocidade
Sem complacência ou razão
Destrói famílias e lares
Ceifando a paz dos lugares
Cheia de horrores e esgares
Perfídia e destruição

Meu aviso foi deixado
E enquanto não for tomado
Retome o aprendizado
Largue a inveja que o reduz
Antes de sentir tal dor
Nade contra o estupor
Imite o Mestre do amor

My consideration of envy

Among the suit of evil
Uprooting humanity
Without pity and without mercy
Envy is a pioneer
For spreading the lie
The slander, hatred, anger
Board and greed turns
Destroying without borders

The envious person
It is calculating and evil
Insatiable, liar
His desire is to destroy
Do not want what the other has

Want to destroy this man

Reckless slander
And hate passionately

Plans silent
Pretty, unscrupulous
