I just found out this song existed today after I came out of school. I skipped to the demo of "Change the World" then the track kept on fast forwarding until 9:10, when this strange Arabian song came up.

No offense, but the first time I looked at this commercial I couldn't help but notice Steve's triceps were rippling in waving motion of body fat in the beginning.
