and I didnt speak up,
because I wasnt a Libertarian.

Then they came for the veterans,
and I didnt speak up,
because I wasnt a veteran.

Then they came for the conservatives,
and I didnt speak up,
because I was a liberal.

Then they came for me,
and by that time there was no one
left to speak up for me.
