About Sandra and her career

She has specialized in makeup application for over 20 years.
Education includes Cosmetician program from Versailles Academy in Ottawa, Ontario ( a then CIDESCO approved school)
Since then she has been involved with many important facets of the professional world. She has had the privilege of working and serving her country by assisting over 1500 figures in the political, defence,corporate and entertainment world for over 25 years .

It should also be noted she has worked with such figures as Prime Minister of Canada Jean Chretian and Premier of Ontario Mike Harris .Her client base is primarily our elected levels from municipal to federal levels .

Other clients have included Peter Jennings (CTV), Atom Agoyian ( The Sweet Hereafter) Ira Wahl ( Oscar winning director "Best Boy") John Irving ( Oscar winning author- (" Cider House Rules"- "A Widow for a Year". "The World according to Garp") Scott Speedman ( Underworld 2 ) and many more.

During the school year she instructs and books placement assignments for her makeup artist students in her freelance training program (which she also created) for Cosmetics on the Go on-line makeup program .

In addition she was also seem either working on or as a guest on several TV & film broadcasts ( CBC National News ,City-TV,HGTV,Life Network ,Daytime,Canada AM, Blues Brothers 2000) to name a few

Sandra has written "HOW TO MAKEUP" articles for such as HOST OF COSMETICS CHANNEL on BELLA ONLINE and in in such publications as Our TORONTO Free Press, Hi-Rise and Life & Fashion .

She was busy during the wedding season helping brides to achieve their special look on their wedding day for photos and videos.

Her work also goes beyond that of a makeup artist as she is an active fundraiser for women's shelter's and is heavily active in aiding in daily promotion of makeup artists who need work

She created her online makeup distance educational materials for those who could not move or leave their employment .

She created The Worldwide Alliance of Makeup Artists ( WAMA ) in 1999 in hopes it would be built as the largest makeup networking tool on the Internet as it did become .
