First of all, LOVE the tutorial and the look! I was wondering...I have small eyes and I remember watching your video that looked at doing make up for smaller eyes.
Will my eyes look small with putting the black eyeliner on both water lines? Or will it matter since the colours go from dark to light from the outer corner going in?
I haven't tried the look yet but I thought I might ask...?
