This video is all about how to take care of your skin naturally! I go over my favorite skincare products as well as my skincare secrets.

Your skin is an overall reflection of your body's total health. Start by drinking plenty of water everyday and eating clean. By eating clean I mean, eat fruits, vegetables, avoid caffeine, alcohol, refined foods and sugar. I also recommend fish oils! The brand, Carlson's, is great because it has the lowest amount of mercury on the market and is very pure. Fish oil is great for your skin, nails and hair. It has anti-inflammatory properties, so you will notice benefits all throughout the body. Your skin will look radiant!

Also, use great skincare products that are made of natural ingredients that your body will respond to. A couple of the brands that I use and love are: MyChelle (available at any health food store) or http://www.mychelle.com and Pratima Skincare http://www.pratimaskincare.com (A ayurvedic clinic in New York). Both of these brands are very affordable and work great! I use them both and I recommend them to my clients.

Remember to wash your face day and night, wear your sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun and to wear quality makeup and use great skincare. Exfoliate at least once a week!
