hey i was wondering....is it bad to apply gel eyeliner to your waterline? and i have a maybelline black eyeliner, that i use for my waterline but it doesnt last for a long time at all...it lasts for about 2 minutes. what kindof pencil eyeliner shoulod i use for my waterline that will stay for up to 8 hours or longer?
