About Me:

It's no surprise Rina Pierre has taken the makeup world by storm, she's never been one to fade into the background.Born on the beautiful island of ST.Lucia,she Moved to New York with her family in 1997.She has been anything but ordinary.From a very early age she began to experiment with her mothers makeup and got in loads of trouble for it.Later on as a teenage she took it to the next level and played with colors creating beautiful works of art.She knew that she wanted to work in the entertainment industry but wasn't sure what route to go until her amazing mother said to her why don't you become a makeup artist you love makeup so much and it makes you so happy.Those were the golden words. It was a natural transition to makeup artistry full time. She researched for makeup artistry school to enhance her natural talent and continued to use her face as her canvas and the faces of her family members and anyone who would allow her to do their makeup.
She eventually took a course at the amazing makeup artistry school Chic Studio Nyc...located in Dumbo,Brooklyn New York during this course she learned alot and meet some wonderful people,instrustors who were very encouraging and inspired her to reach for her dreams,she has remained in contact with them.
After graduating and becoming a certified makeup artist Rina has gone to do some amazing work and has enjoyed every minute of it.Through Chic Studio she was invited to work New York Fashion Week 2011 and did an amazing job.She meet other makeup artist,beautiful models,designers,photographers,hairstylist and more lots of networking,people who were impressed by her work.Those people late on contacted her and she has worked,on magazine launches,music videos,designer,hairstylist lookbooks and helped others who have the same dream as her down the same path that she has taking to achieve her success.
Rina continues to develop her talent with every face or as she says every canvas that she touches.She believes that we are all beautiful and that our faces are a reflection of our hearts why not glam it up to tell the story of our hearts ....
Rina refuses to let anyone discourage her from achieving her goal she will continue to succeed,and thanks her mother Juniffa,younger sister Melissa and her amazing daughter Hailey Isabelle for encouraging to keep on fighting as she always says "C'est la vie" french for thats life.
