I was diagnosed with S.A.D. not too long ago. I believe the cause of my anxiety was genetic. But, i had traumatic events that happened in my childhood that made it worse in social situations. The treatment really does work if you want it.

Theres this thing called depression. It causes you to not think straight. it is a chemical imbalance in your brain. You cannot control it. So if you're going to call someone who commits suicide selfish or an idiot, youre completely wrong. You have no idea what that person was going through.
