Hello, and welcome. My name is Roger Smith and I am the founder and creator of this YouTube Channel Magnetic Leadership Marketing TV (MLM).

I started this YouTube video profile because I was tired of not finding away and a method to receive MLM leadership training for free using video.

I hated seeing good prospects and associates fall by the way side because of inadequate "Circle Graphs" and "Handout" trainings that were given by the old pros of the game. Being disillusioned and feed up...I wanted to find a way not only to find and work with new associates in my primary MLM business, but to have them trained in the new exploding technology of Web 2.0 and Social Networking to explode their teams and their incomes....hence the creation of this site.

By creating this YouTube profile I hope to meet, network, and give back to other new entrepreneurs who are in the same situation just as I was....and Hopefully my story can help inspire you to discover a better alternative just like I am doing working from home, being my own boss, making money online.
