I think it is terrible that people post videos and comments where they use crude language and acronyms, and where the women dress immodestly and flaunt themselves, and where there is violent behavior. I have seen videos where the f-word and sh-word are in the title, and one video even had the a and t-words in the title, and the lyrics to the song was nothing but the a-word and t-word, with scantily-clad women! And the comments were POSITIVE! This is just terrible. It is SO offensive and degrading toward women! I sent letters to YouTube but they are still there! YouTube ALLOWS this stuff, purposely degrading and offending women! They even allow a video about a lesbian rape! People seem to cheer on this stuff, and it just sets a terrible example. I am also against alcohol and marijuana, because they are mind-altering drugs. And yes, alcohol IS a drug. Just because it is legal doesn't make it right. And then I accidentally came across these videos where young ladies are showing "sexy clubbing makeup". How can these women GO to such places? Do they really want to date a man who drinks?? And they shouldn't drink, either! Even in low doses, alcohol significantly increases the risk of breast cancer in women, along with other cancers. Nobody should go to clubs! I'd never go to such a place! But these women act like they think nothing is wrong with it! I can't believe it! Oh, and then when I speak up and tell people that they shouldn't swear, drink, go to clubs, etc., they almost ALWAYS respond with some mean remark, which only makes me madder! Here I am trying to HELP them, and they reject it. They're supposed to feel guilty and ashamed and say they are sorry, and thank me for helping them understand why this is wrong, but no, of course they just act all mean. UPDATE: Now I'm more upset than ever. I was looking at some videos and up comes these links to people smoking pot!! I had absolutely no idea YouTube was this way!! And here I was upset that people were using profanity! Now I find out that people post videos of themselves using illegal drugs?? That is TERRIBLE!! How can YouTube allow this?? Where are the police?? Oh this makes me so upset I feel like crying. I had no idea the Internet could be so bad. YouTube was supposed to be different than this, or so I thought. How could ANYBODY smoke pot, let alone post a VIDEO of themselves on the WORLD WIDE WEB doing this?? What is WRONG with people?? And how can they get away with this?? Again, where are the police?? Why don't they do something about this?? Can't they find these people?? They are breaking the law!! I'm just so upset I'm shaking. I mean it, YouTube is absolutely terrible. Oh, and then when I get upset and comment about this, trying to HELP people, they get all mad and offended and cuss me out, etc. Here I am trying to HELP them, trying to get them to understand why they shouldn't use drugs or swear, etc. and what do they do? They get mad and reject it. That only makes me MORE upset because I hate to see people like this! It just breaks my heart! I want to try and talk some sense into them, help them to see that there is a better way to live! But they just get all offended! It is just sooo upsetting to me. What parent raises their child to grow up to use profanity and drugs and degrade women, etc.? I wonder if these people are going to raise their kids like this? I just don't understand the world today. I want so much to help these people, and they only reject it. It is so frustrating. I don't WANT people to use drugs or to swear, etc. I want people to try to be the best they can be!
