@xXMissFantastic Peanut butter was my weakness also; i learned to have it in moderation. I'd add a spoon of it to an apple, toast, oatmeal, etc. So i'd get the taste of it but fill up on the other nutritious stuff. :)
I also think that having a snack with protein and fiber before bed is great because you actually burn some calories while you sleep. Pre-portioned greek yogurts such as Fage Total 0% or Chobani and great with a sprinkle of Fiber One and a few frozen (but thawed) peach slices. Or a cup or skim mil...
