Definitely tied with a version sung by Harry Lauder, and the opening theme of the movie THE DEVIL'S BRIGADE, as the three best non-bagpipe versions of SCOTLAND THE BRAVE I've ever heard. But then again, those may be the ONLY three non-bagpipe versions of SCOTLAND THE BRAVE that I've ever heard!
I'm retired as both a psychologist and as an Army reserve components officer (in combat arms, NOT medical services!) and for that reason this is probably my all-time favorite TV commercial. To answer the original question: NOT NECESSARILY!
