Many apologies mate, I didn't mean to offend. I know I could have used a lot of American examples and at the moment I'm sorry I didn't, I was in a bad mood and it was unjust. I'm not one of those Irish that despises the English, I don't really hold grudges, it was just truth and the stuff did happen and they were just my examples in relation to the thing he had brought up himself. I can't stand when people say Irish are 'liquorheads' and the thing that gets me most is 'child killers'. It's disgraceful and I've had people actually start physical fights with me over that shit, and it's unfair. I know what I said about the English was also irrelevant and I shouldn't have had a stab. I'm about as hedonistic, as you are old. I'm not tying to be sarcastic, I'm trying to make humour. What can I say that you will not take offence at? If I tell you that when I was much younger than you are. I undertook an Indentured Apprenticeship. I saved every single penny that I could. and when I was 19; I bought my first house, that required me to put down a 20% deposit. I am now 60, and I haven't paid any mortgage since I was 40. I did this all by myself, and not a single person in the world ever made my life easy. I also served 15 years in the Army (REME), and finished up as a WO2, AQMS. I'm now retired, and I waste a lot of time talking with "Donenothingontheirown's". Over.
