You can tell that they've been in chorus they're entire life. They need to put more character in their voice, less falsetto, more moving around the stage, more belting, less afraidness of those high notes. Although that last 'last' that they sang was pretty awesome on Glinda's part =]

Okay, you're adorable, you're face is adorable, and the video itself is adorable. Just don't be afraid to go into falsetto when you need to. Most of the song sounded really good, but some of those higher notes you're were a bit flat on.
