Do you know what is a good vector art program that runs natively in OS X?
Woah, and wait, did you say that the GIMP has a more intuitive interface? Are you fucking kidding me? Have you even used CS3. The third Creative Suite has redefined interfaces in all of the Adobe programs! I don't mean to insult you, but your statements are bullocks. Lol.

Even if GIMP gets all these plugins what makes you think that photographers and designers are suddenly going to start using it? Anyway you look at it, GIMP is weaker than Photoshop. Type, design, 3D, Video; Photoshop can do it all.
Go ahead and wait for the latest release of the GIMP, I assure you, that even at v3.0, it won't even be capable at achieving what Photoshop CS3 is able to. |
And also, if those features are what's holding GIMP back, let's wait until GIMP 2.6 adds them.
Let's see how mainstream it gets. |

Oh, I wasn't counting the plug ins. With plugins Photoshop is definitely the most powerful image editing application on the market. No doubt about it.

Only three? Are you sure?
The GIMP doesn't include the following: - Image slicing -Web Export options -Vanishing Point -Pattern Maker -Embedded Watermarks -Video layers -Image to video export -3D model import/export -Smart filters -Auto align layers -Create and edit animations such as GIF, MOV and FLV -Onion skinning Just to name a few. It even includes the Bridge free. Wow. Only three features... |
