Mao was a great leader, he industrialized China, he made China strong enough to challenge USA imperialism, the life expectancy went UP dramatically for the Chinese people, the Communist party granted equal rights to women, the literacy rate went up dramatic under Mao Zedong, the old religious poisons of the old way were combated, before Mao famines were a way of life for the Chinese, after Mao there has not been a single famine. The USA and the west critisizes him becouse he made China indipendant of them and was strongly allied with the USSR.

This is a lie, yes many people did die, but that was do to a famine. Famine was regular in China before mao and it was do Mao's policies that no famines have happened since the 1960s.
