@freebyrdsc Sorry man. There was another poster before you that said something similar, so by the time I got to yours maybe I over-reacted a bit.

For me, I grew up out in the boonies too, but my dad was the school principal, so I knew I couldn't hang with the kids that were drinking, so I misse...

The girls are fine, but the video is real jerky, what's up with that? Decent amateur effort, but surprised it has this many hits, really.

It's got to be staged, or for a movie. Filming a fairly boring highway long before the cars show up, and then ends it before the cars are out of sight? I think they all got out of their cars at that point and discussed how to make it look better for the next take.

@garyroxene - there was a media splash in March 2011 (including CNN), then not much since then. I'm guessing they're working on the 35 HP prototype. Probably won't hear much until they get it working (assuming they do).

I used to listen to this song as a young kid, it's great to find it again - one of their better songs IMO.

@777thewatcher - the 2012 Beetle looks more like the original than the New Beetle (1998-2010). There wasn't a lot of shots giving the whole picture of these cars, they liked the closeups instead, but trust me, nobody is going to mistake the 2012 Beetle for a friggin Porsche!

Supposedly this shows how you "waggle your knees" to keep the balance, but I'm not sure the knees are moving so much to keep balance or to stay out of the way of the handlebars? Although they do seem to move more than necessary for that

@vieuxnez - recumbents are more aerodynamic and comfortable to ride (butt, wrists, neck), but are a little slower up the hills. A two-wheeled recumbent has the problem of becoming unstable at slow speeds. A 3-wheeled recumbent can go as slow as you want. And when going down the hill, then the ...

creepmag - notice it's a "Lake Wobegon Bike Trail". Kind of like the Paul Bunyan Bike Trail. As far as an actual town, Avon is "as close as you can get".

It's pretty clear this is filmed in the city because of the lyrics. If you need to ask, you weren't paying attention. Their other videos are filmed in the country.

Some of you country newbies or youtube surfers are confused because of the rock beat, but this is definitely still country music. ...

I like the ending :-)
