I've been playing this cd for the first time in years and it holds up 30 years later This song still sounds modern. Miss Ross killed it on this album and used it to launch her career to the next level. Goddess.

Diana's voice on this track is tender, pleading, sexy, ironic, fearful, powerful, all at the same time. I think it is a perfect example of Diana's great talent.

I know what you mean. I look back at her and wow. She was beyond good. Simply electric and she hasn't lost any of her power as a performer and that is a feat in itself. She is truly a legend. Also this song was voted the greatest Motown song of all time.
