i dont know why everyone keeps saying that l85 is good over long ranges. it has 0.5 spread compared to 0.2 standart of assault guns. sure you can use hbarrel to bring it down to 0.25 but then it has lots of recoil. and the damage output is not great too. well ppl get bored of m16a3 and m416 proba...

engis guns have twice the spread, the same damage and recoil, lower bullet speed

so yeah up close your m4a1 is absolutely as good as the m16a3.

far away the "twice the spread" part makes you unable to snipe ppl with single shots or short burst as well

this gun has 0.8 total horizontal recoil while say m16a3 has 0.4 total side recoil. no full auto, bad reload time = gun sucks real bad
