Hey Lee just have a quick question for you. For the reverse grip cable curls you say to not use much weight because it is an isolation exercise. I have been hitting the reverse curls pretty heavy lately with 130lbs, any chance that could cause me any problems with my elbows? Thanks in advance.

Never do these behind the back unless you want rotator cuff problems. Doing them in the front has the benefits and works the same muscles. If your trying to get big lats then wide is not the way to go, narrow is.

Nice video and good techniques my friend. I have been lifting since I was 10 years old and I'm now 28. I don't know where the one poster gets that tricep kick backs don't work. They have always worked for me. I've always done my Triceps and Biceps on the same day that I work my Lats.

I don't think the elevator went down to far because the side panels that let you look into the shaft you can see him in the left one as he goes down and it looks like his wheelchair hits something because you can still see his shoulder when it ends and hes straightened out

Your doing your preacher curls all wrong. You should have your elbows at the top of the bench and have your chest pooched forward. Look up the Vince Gironda preacher curl technique.
