You mean the P42? No, the 2nd MARDIV on Saipan was equipped with them in fairly large numbers. These were the suits they retain from Tarawa. The suit you are referring to is the Paramarine smock. Some members of the 5th MARDIV on Iwo wore these suits because they were former Paramarines,including Ira Hayes,however he didn't wear one. These suits are insanely expensive and nobody reproduces them so their pretty hard to use.
