if you want to get lean, first step is lower complex carb intake - pasta etc after 3pm - it's hard under a wog household because it used with all meals and the oils for the extra flavour but do it for a few days and a little cardo with a good balance of proteins and you will see how fast it comes off, it worked for me.

Since i was 19, i train 4 - 5 days per week, cardio 3 - 4 days per week.
