Congressman Kenny Hulshofs squandering of taxpayer money on 11,000 wasteful Congressional earmarks provides Missourians with 11,000 reasons not to vote for Hulshof, according to a new online video of Hulshof released today by the Missouri Democratic Party.

Hulshof consistent record of supporting wasteful political pork in Washington has plagued his campaign and contributed to its meltdown.

Political scientist George Connor of Missouri State University said Hulshof is cursed because he has supported congressional earmarks, which have drawn fire from Democrats and McCain. They're all saying we need to change the way Washington does business, and Congressman Hulshof is stuck, Connor said. I don't think there's anything he can do to close the gap.
