I have always liked the original mini so last year me and my dad decided to get my very first mini (Brown 1980 Leyland mini). I paid £330 for it. It wasn't in bad shape just a bit of rust in the floor pans it's auto with only 44,000 on the clock.

I got my second mini about 6 months later it had been sitting at the back of an MOT centre for 10 year the owner had spent lots of money on getting it converted to a convertible and having a green paint job I went to have a look there was no floor and there was rust just about everywhere you can think of the owner had plained to scrap it. two weeks later I came back to the mini it was still there we talked to the owner again and I brought another mini I paid £80 for it which wasn't a bad deal I think there was lots of parts that could be used. We manage to get it home with the car held together a tiny piece of floor and some ropes the engine that had sat for 10 years still turns
