About Me:
I have two so far, they are both featured on my channel.
My cars
My first mini was a poo brown Mini 1000 auto, when i brought the car around 3 years ago it had just done over 44,000 miles. I paid just £330 for the car knowing it needed work to make it road legal again, i am now in the slow and time consuming period of restoring the car which i do hope to use on the road.
My second mini is a green mini 1000 convertible, when i brought the car around 2 years ago it was in a sorry state. The car was at the back of a local MOT station where it had sat for around 10 years after having a full conversion to a convertible and a spray job. Sadly the ten years in which it had sat in hedge were not kind to the mini and left it in its current state with no floor, when i brought the car the challenge began with trying to complete the 2 mile trip by towing dolly. it is safe to say that it made its final trip despite having the structural strength of a melted chocolate bar. The car is still siting in my garden waiting and waiting for a restoration which i fear is to late for the car, however the engine which wouldn't surprise me if it had been rebuilt before being left still turns over and starts well. i still have the crazy plans of restoring this car and seeing the look on the MOT's face when i book it in to the place where it had been left to root.
My small engines
I also love to work on small engines, mainly lawnmowers and strimmers. i now have a good collection of engine which run well and those which don't
