I was born in the Northwest England, and then raised in a little village type of place, very close to the town of Blackpool.

For many years now I have been a strong supporter of Local Live Music.This for me started back in the mid 80s, when I would reguarly frequent all the live music venues in the Lancashire Area.

Most of these were mainly in and around Blackpool/Preston and surrounding Areas. But there where ocasions when I would travel(And stay over)as far as Birmingham or Shropshire, which was not quite so local.

Some of the bands I saw back then include: Alma Gray - Moving Pictures - X-Tra Bop - Missing In Action - Free Parking - Cavern(The original ones and also later line ups - Shout - Revolver - The Piggies - The Rockin Vicars - Meanstreak - The Edge - No Hard Fellings - Havana - Shady - Stiff Richard - Touch - Reckless - Cowboys And Angels.

For over 20 years now I have enjoyed performance and during the 80s I was front man of my own amatuer bands The Instinct and Old Brown Shoe. However a personal ilness that I had at the time privailed me taking this in a more serious direction.

In between me been unwell back in the 80s I made the guest appearances with bands such as Moving Pictures, Shout, Touch and Reckless,but to name a few.

However coming more upto date I have made guest apearances with Bands/Artist such as Half Monty,The Kicks, The Media,The Shakers, Neil'Macca'Tudor, James Luke, Chris O'Neil who played the part of George Harrison in the early Beatles Biography Film 'Backbeat The Movie'.
