Filming local Bands and Musicians in the Surrey, Sussex, Kent and South London area of the UK. Every now and then i will feature someone from elsewhere, usualy with a playlist that i compile for them. If i film a band or musician, i do it for everybody else to see, and so they know where they can be seen live. I do it because, like you, i am a music fan. I get no financial reward for doing it, and would never accept anything for doing so. All filming is done with the approval of the Musicians concerned. Any objection whatsoever is taken seriously. I have removed, and will remove any videos where there is any objection from any member of a band. Some musicians do object from time to time. Sometimes my efforts are not appreciated or welcomed. Most are quite happy for me to film them for YouTube. I have quite a popular channel that gets people out of the house and down to the venues concerned. That's what it is all about for me.

I love music.I Play a bit myself, Guitar and Bass mostly. I can get a tune out of anything i pick up but i am not a master of any one instrument. I'll have a go, but I'm not that good. I sometimes put up videos of me playing live or at home to a backing track or album. I recently organised a new Jam Night with Pete Orr from The Electric Experience. I'm not in any way an experienced or even competent musician. That only comes after years of regular gigging, so it's about time i started! These days i find myself drawn more to singer songwriters who play guitar as an acompanying instrument. I love original songs best. And i make no excuses for featuring some amazing women guitarists on my channel, they are so under represented, even today. And are far more pleasing to watch than some hairy faced bloke with a beer gut!...... Oh dear,that sounds like me!
